As a Senior Field Service Technician at Fluence Energy, I actively participate in managing multi-site operations for utility-scale battery energy storage while personally driving the technical reliability of each system through daily troubleshooting and targeted maintenance strategies. My work blends operational leadership with hands-on technical execution to safeguard asset availability across Southern California. I'm currently advancing my analytical and strategic capabilities as an MBA candidate in AI and Business Analytics, building on a Summa Cum Laude BS in Computer Information Systems.
Before joining Fluence Energy, I worked as an independent contractor, managing properties and resources for multiple clients. That background shaped how I operate: I do not wait for direction, and I stay in the work until the problem is solved. Today I run operations across more than twelve utility-scale battery energy storage sites in Southern California at Fluence Energy, leading an internal team and coordinating specialized contractors through every phase of the maintenance cycle.
The field taught me that operational failures almost always have a traceable cause. I am pursuing an MBA in AI and Business Analytics at Keller Graduate School of Management to formalize that instinct into the organizational, strategic, and leadership frameworks that turn field experience into operational authority.
The value of a college education is not the learning of many facts but the training of the mind to think.

A four part study of Robinhood's response to the 2021 meme stock crisis: the images of change its CEO moved through, a 7-S diagnostic of why the organization was misaligned from the start, an analysis of how the 2022 restructuring was communicated, and two original replacement communications built from layoff survivor research.
Organizational behavior theory tested against a real field services operation: the MARS model, expectancy theory, values congruence, and constructive conflict, traced through hiring, motivation, and team structure.
A comparative ratio analysis of Microsoft and Apple across seventeen measures of liquidity, solvency, and profitability, worked from their fiscal 2021 filings and closing with an investment view.
Undergraduate capstone: a research pilot proposing IoT environmental monitoring to optimize inverter maintenance in desert-climate battery energy storage sites.

Curiosity that outruns the job description. All of it built outside work and outside coursework. Status is stated per project, because most of these run without ever having been shipped as a product.
Three things run through the lot of them: position sizing and falsification show up in every finance project, which is a point of view rather than a coincidence; several were audited and one was retired when the evidence said to; and cost or hardware limits drove the architecture up front instead of being worked around later.
