Preventative Maintenance Field Service Technician - S2
Performing comprehensive service operations, maintenance, and support for utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems under the direction of PM Lead and PM Manager. Responsible for maintaining grid-scale renewable energy infrastructure that enables sustainable power distribution.
Execute scheduled maintenance on BESS equipment including EPC and PE inverters, MV/HV operations, and HVAC systems. Interpret single-line drawings and schematics for maintenance procedures and configurations.
Perform electrical testing using multimeters and meggers for DLRO testing, maintain control wiring on EPC and PE inverters. Utilize thermal imaging and torque tools for electrical connection verification and maintenance.
Maintain site safety utilizing Fluence safety management systems and stop-work authority. Ensure quality assurance through detailed inspections, accurate documentation, and adherence to OSHA 10 and NFPA 70E standards.
